A: If your current tribe isn’t quite working out, we will work with you to place you in the perfect one for you. Depending on the factors we use to match individuals, we may even be able to form new one.

A: While the extensive work we to ensure tribes are well-balanced means they usually hit the ground running, occasionally the fit isn’t quite right. We ask you to be proactive, and contact us within a month of your first MasterMind meeting if you think another tribe might fit your needs better.

A: We place individuals in tribes based on a number of critical factors, including business level, growth stage, skills, experience, DISC profile and individual goals. Providing you are honest with yourself and us about those factors, a well-balanced tribe is set up for success right from the beginning.

A: Each tribe has the ability to form their own guidelines and processes when it comes to running the meetings. As long as everyone in the tribe agrees with any major changes to format, we encourage tribes to find a working rhythm that suits them best.

A: Usually business ideas and strategies but as you and your business are interdependent many successful entrepreneurs are also interested in topics as diverse as philosophy, meditation, productivity, personal development, continuous learning in all its forms.

A: You are expected to attend the majority of the dates your group meet. Holidays and other one off commitments are fine, however these tribes work best when the routine has been set and attendance is high.

A: The benefits are truly endless but think of it as a brains trust of sorts where minds can collaborate, reflect, and share ideas. It can help expand, educate, and innovate how we all execute our day to day lives & business ventures

A: We do lots of work behind-the-scenes to get the best match for you based on a number of factors. For this reason, we don’t set up meetings beforehand – we’ve done the screening for you! We want to ensure once you have joined a tribe, you can immediately begin to interact and develop those relationships and begin to build the trust that comes from the exchange of ideas and advice.

A: As Eccountability is a global platform (1pm in London is 8am in New York, both popular times, but for very different reasons!), we rarely find a situation where we can’t get a good match on this front. In our experience, when you make your tribe the priority, everything else falls into place. Obviously, the more flexible you can be with day and time, the more possible matches there will be in the large number of tribes available.

A: Eccountability offers several agenda types to choose from. Each group may run a little differently, but they all share a common framework of accountability and goal setting.

A: We have a Code of Conduct based on mutual respect. All sessions are also recorded. If you experience any problems or feel that someone has violated the Code, please report it to us immediately and confidentially.

A: Before being placed in a tribe, every participant is required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We take privacy very seriously, however, if you have any extremely sensitive information, we suggest that a MasterMind discussion is not the place to share it.

A: We have several different packages to suit various budgets and business levels. For entrepreneurs not yet started in business, access is free. Most of our users however pay the standard $39.95 monthly subscription for full feature benefits. If you start on the free version, you, or your tribe, may opt to upgrade at any time.
